My interests include coaching parents who desire more balance and support in their lives, whatever the age of abilities of their children. I am also very passionate about facilitation comprehensive sexuality education in progressive faith communities in order to celebrate and care for sexuality in healthy, life - giving ways.

My background encompasses over 25 years of experience working with children and parents, including as a School Social Worker, Parent Educator, Youth Director, community volunteer, and parent. Through this work, I have many years of experience working with children who have special needs, and their parents.

I facilitate comprehensive sexuality education classes in my faith community because I believe that faith communities that teach comprehensive sexuality education are changing the world by enabling healthy decision-making skills in young people. This opens up conversations between parents and children around sexuality and values, and viewing our sexuality as sacred and life-giving.
